Yog-AH

Wow, where is everyone? Is Chris feeling better? Any P90 happening for anyone?

I've been averaging about 4-5 workouts per week - not too terrible. Today was Yoga, and I used to hate it, but now I look forward to it. Even the first 45 mins. I love it when AJ lets me get through the whole 90 minutes, the last bit is the absolute best. Minus the ohms, I just can't get into them.

Missing Motivation

Has anyone else lost momentum? We missed almost all of last week and this morning had zero energy for chest and back. Suggestions for rediscovering Tony Fever?

Update.

Through the wonder of medical knowledge Chris, his doctor, and I think that he has an ulcer. He gave him a prescription for some Prilosec, so once this week of torture is over, we will be back on the pain train. (we have a test in Biochemisty on Friday, an Anatomy exam on Monday, a practical exam for Osteopathic Manipulative Theory on Wednesday.) An' well, that ain't a no good time for nobody.

New voting poll too.

Ready or Not!

All right - the time has come. Jon and I have been getting up every morning at 5:00 to workout. So far, SORE good! Seriously... ouch! It has been great having Jon to push me along when I'm feeling lazy and being ready for the day before noon is a huge bonus.

And, here it is, the before picture. I think I was putting off this post to put off this picture. No wonder you weren't smiling Tyler. Knowing that everyone is going to see you isn't the most exciting thing to every happen. Happy Climbin' all!

Healing

We are waiting for Chris to get better. I have not forgotten or given up. I think that I will be doing a bit on my own here in a little bit if Chris isn't feeling good soon.

Word.

Hosptilization

No workouts. Chris went to the hospital instead. He has no life-threatening disease that they could tell him, but he hurts in a bad way. Postponing workouts till Monday possibly.

We made up for our loss

We missed on Wednesday due to meetings and the like, but man-o-man did we work it off yesterday. I think that Chris and I are getting strong enough to really push it, and so we end up almost in tears (Chris does, I don't ever cry... or even whine). But that is what makes us beautiful.

Lori, you are gonna really love those Plyometrics. They are one of the workouts that never got easier, all through my last excursion through the pain. Anyone agree with me out there?
