Arms and shoulder are still here...

Wow, that was a fun one. We had to do it in the gym here on campus cause our weights are poopie. Did it ever work though... Chris is like a friggin' machine, always ready to push again. He had me running for my life. Soreness still to come I bet too. We did pretty dang good weight and finished fairly strong considering what we have been doing. We also did an abreviated Ab Ripper, cause it still makes us hate the Universe.

Ab Ripper almost makes me cry- that sucker is a killer! I am only on day 10 but I have already lost 3 lbs! I am struggling with Yoga- I feel like a retard, and have learned I have no balance, and fall while they all stand on their big toe, and arms straight in the air!
